Welcome to Fortress AAU

Fortress AAU is a girls basketball program that runs based out of the Fort Hunt area of Alexandria, VA. Fortress AAU was founded in 2021 by Coach Jason Langone with expert coaching staff members Coach Courtney Coffer and Coach Jon Kunz. Fortress places an emphasis on the value of consistent work, leadership, and being a good teammate. Fortress also focuses on building guard skills needed by all players.

Fortress also employs the use of workout books to help athletes easily work on the skills needed to be successful in the game of basketball, with a prescribed plan.

We use these mini composition books and workout sheets printed on 3″x5″ cardstock, cut and glued to the inside page.
